Concealed within the northern reaches of the Black Shroud is a small group of Ixal that defy the will of Garuda. They choose to reach for the sky rather than placate the hungry goddess. It’s still there, waiting for you to take it at your own pace! Fortunately that Direwolf mount is evergreen and just as useful for your level 90 character.

Boy, I’m real glad you guys are covering this content. I picked up 14 and just MSQed my way forward so i could get to Shadowbringers, and subsequently didn’t engage with much side content.
